GlowDay was launching a10% glycolic + niacinamide serum into EU markets and needed UGC creative that read as a real person's testimonial, not a polished commercial. The brief was uncompromising on the hook: stop the scroll, then earn the watch.
I wrote the script around a single direct-address open ("Stop buying skincare until you've heard this"), built four AI-generated avatar shots that hold the same character across the spot, and cut the front-half to 0.5-second pacing so the agitation lands before the brain disengages.
Captions are word-by-word with yellow keyword highlights; sound design stays dry through the hook, then opens up on the reveal. Final delivered in 9:16 and 16:9.
